[Help] Account inactive

Account inactive

somebody please help me..

10 hour ago i played vindictus and i've got dced..i tried to relog and message apper it says : authentification failed

i quit the game and i tried to login via web
and damn...my account is inactive

it says "your account is inactive because bla bla bla and inappropiate login ... please re-active your account via email."

and too bad..i forgot my yahoo password....

i am so desperate...... so i decided to create a new email and account....skip skip skip
...........
account and email created.. i tried to login via exe (not web) and those damn message appear it says "authentification failed"

i quit the game..then i log in to website ..... and damn.... the same message appear..it says my account is inactive..

what the hell is goin on?

Well, right now, Nexon's entire system is down. So, that might be why you're getting weird errors.

If you still have this problem when the servers come back up, you probably got banned.

i've got this error about 10 hour ago before nexon server down..and to be honest and i swear i didnt use any hack...just regular playing...doin some raid dced and i cant login..

Doesn't matter if you hacked only once, you still run the risk of being banned. And if you truly never hacked, why are you posting on this site? Most people who don't hack, don't even know about this site, much less have an account with posts.

Try posting something on NEXON forums, it happened with a guy that was playing Combat Arms, and an admin activated his account. Just give it a shot.
