Did you had bought items on their Mall Page or completed some paid surve.y? They didn't received the money, so you have to pay a value to them or proof you already paid.

Not paying/using fake Information is illegal just like hacking.
If you are doing illegal stuff you most likely will get banned.
And they will most likely not give you back your account because they know that you tried to scam them (not paying for something of value).
