I sent in a ticket recently to Nexon.
When they respond to it, I'll post their reaction.

Here is what I put:
"This is what I think about Nexon...
Greedy, dumb as fuck, and unable to maintain a game that was once good.

About shifting, you and I both know that it's not an exploit, so why do you say it is? I have an idea that's most likely true: Nexon is too greedy to tell the truth so they lie to the Combat Arms Community.

About Server error: Are you too fucking lazy to fix that? Or do you just not care? I know you don't give a shit about this game that much, and I know you're all lazy as fuck, so why would you even attempt to keep this game going? Just fucking end it, it's so pointless.

About maintaining this game:
The maintainance sucks ass, and I know it's a free game, but in my opinion, this game has the worst maintenance for a new game I've ever seen. Step the fuck up if you're going to try to make money off of this free game, and I would never recommend you guys to make a Play to Pay game, because I bet you wouldn't make that much money off of it.

So, I honestly do not know why anybody would actually want to continue sending you money for "NX". They'll just end up banned off of false accutations and then they just wasted their money.
Just fucking stop.
All I ask of you is to stop trying to make this game better, because it's not working.

Go ahead and ban me, I couldn't care less. If you don't, then I'll just stop playing.

The truth is Nexon is a smart company,its a free to play game,paying is your choice,so you dont really have the right to request something added or changed,if this was a pay to play game however,then doing that would be normal,so you could get your money's worth.

In a nutshell,you dont have a right to make Nexon do anything,they'll only do it if tons of people request iit.If you have a problem with that,then quit.
