Avril Smudge Tag

Took a while to make this. I know render is lq, so don't rage about it. One of my first render tags w/ smudge.
v1 (No adjustment layers.)

v2 (Some adjustment layers. Hue, Contrast, Saturation, etc. Mostly hue.)
