PhotoShop Wont open .Dtx files

Well this is what pops up when I try to open a .Dtx file in PhotoShop Cs5.
Yes , I have my plugins and everything else in the correct place
Yes , I did convert the .Dtx file to LithTech

Im willing to use TeamViewer to fix this.

Photoshop closes right when it opens.

MUHAHAHA TV is no longer needed i have figured it out

move the .dll file that came with the folder into the main adobe folder then BAM your able to rez mod ^_^

EDIT: Adobe photoshop main folder my fault =\

try opening photoshop from the folder itself, and not from desktop's shortcut.
