Restore your computer to a previous functional time.

System restore

Install WIndows again...

there is no previous restore points

system restore, if that fails, boot off your windows installation disk, repair your bullshit, if that doesnt work, boot off your windows installation disk and format your HDD + reinstall windows kthx.

Scan your pc, and yeah you can enable control panel etc by changing registeries...

Then use recovery disc nigga.

Use Combofix (Google it)

Some viruses dont let u open up that.
I was searching for porn once and i clicked a button and got a virus and it wouldnt let me open system restore, so i did it the hard way and took my flash drive with all my important files and copied it over and deleted the account on my computer that got a virus and made a new one.

Scan ur PC with MalwareBytes.
i had that problem too i scanned my PC with MB and after my PC was alright.

Boot your computer in safe mode. Scan all files that were created/modified on the day you got the virus via Search. Remove any suspicious looking files.

If that doesn't work, download Combo Fix and run it.

helped me out when my pc was fucked with some trojans and i couldn't do shit with my computer .
