I was thinking, about ALTERIWNET if they will make a private server.

.uhh you mean like make a private server for just you and like friends if so then most definelty yes
If MW3 turns out like it should, there would be no need for one. If nobody seems to remember, aIW was made to fix MW2. Not just to let people who didn't buy the game play. That was just an added bonus.
they should i really would trade in mw2 for mw3 +15 dollars would be fair

It took the alteriwnet project a long time to get their stuff together, so yea, they'll probebly try to get a private server up, but this will take time.

well why do you want alterIW MW3? if you just can play multiplayer? and it can have much bugs that the bought game, what i recommend:
