i believe, it has to do something with UnrealEd, converting to TGA, photoshopping it, converting back to a game format, and replacing the original files?

It's a nice tool, yet i can't use it because of my inexistant coding skills.
Cause yeah, if you don't have 1900x1600 res and use any other weapon than the Star, you have to edit the damn thing.

HAHA, yeah i dont think it will be stickied :/ to little information, but it would be cool

, and all those noobs would stop spam threads where can i find hacks and so on.....
