Yes,but it was so long not now btw i have svchost virus it blocks every antivirus any recommended ?

i think he should remove SVCHOST somehow, i havet it tho, it fuck's up soo nicely you'r good computer.
If what Jigsaw says is right, then replace your HGWC...
If there is a .DLL in your Cross Fire folder called sxs.dll, delete it.
