DTX CONVERT!!

Well recently alot of people have been making mods and posting the Picture (.DTX file) instead of the Nexon files and they tell me to Open DTX Convert and i try that but i keep getting This Error Message :http://img577.imageshack.us/img577/4202/unledtie.png
So i Need HELP!! im Willing to Get Help Over Team Viewer Somone please help me.....

To Fix the Problem try running DTX convert as administer and adding exceptions on your firewall/antivirus

Still dont work :'( uhh is their a missing .dll or a messed up .dll?
