hey i am new to the game and i want to know if i can skip doing quests and jump to the game and if i can how to do that?

The quests there shouldn't take more than a half hour.
Also, quests are optional. They're just another way to level up.
Remember to job advance at level 10.

Go choose your job, and start training.
To do that. Gain 200 mesos for a boat ride out. Then your set on playing. But of course you have to do quests for job advancement.
Ignore the quests, just continue.
But its recommended to do the job quests.
