btjunkie all the way lol they have the most working torrents. i got a gta iv 8gb that works fine with all updates just no mp. takes about an hour to install depends on your hdd space and cpu and etc.i also got Gta iv:eflc also 8gb just extract takes about an hour depending on system specs.

1,500 GB (1.5 TB) 7200 RPM Serial ATA hard drive
ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express Dual DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort video card

with specs similar to this it should install in about half an hour or a bit more with the 8gb version.
