is 1.5MB/s a decent speed for downloading games on steam?

comcast . live in miami/ i used to do 160mbps but i switched to cisco valet and do 140 whatevs. why dontchu niggas just switch internet providers? comcast/uverse all the way

Or get a new router. That helped my DL speed immensely.
