SEA = South East Asia
CN = Chinese
TW = Taiwan
KR = Korean

Yes you can play one SEA just search Dragon Nest SEA in google

Im downloading the SEA version now

I see its open beta. If I play it for longer time, will the stuff be ressetted after the openbeta??

No sir. Open beta stuff are there to stay. It was only close beta where everything was wiped

Open beta = You keep what you get and what you do
Close beta = testing and everything is deleted

Btw if you want to play on other versions you could always use a proxy
