Fix joining game problems

A lot of people have a problem at joining game that there PC takes so long time to join the game I fixed it
First open CF after you log in go to option make the video setting to be optimized quality.

800×600 is better for who have low VGA so it's better

nty i will have the blood on cause that way when i spray, i will see blood on ghosts who bhop and then shoot them down.
