Hack troubleshoot
This thread basically consist to share useful information if you're encountering any problems while you're running or using our hacks. So before you post a thread in this section, check all the contents here and see if you cannot find your solution.
Windows Update
The first thing you should do before you run any hacks in your computer is check for any pending updates from Windows Update, they are essentials to make it works completely, including some third-party programs.
Based on Windows Seven systems.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008/2010 and .NET Framework 4
If sometime you already searched for help about hack troubleshooting, you have heard about these two programs. They are important to ensure successful hack performance in your game, and including functionality of injectors, bypasses, tools and other programs.
If you are sure about they are installed in your computer, skip this step and go ahead to the next!

*Each image with "++" are the MSVC 2010 downloads, and as clearly you can see, I have added to them "x86" and "x64" suffixes, so please choose the correct version depending of your System Type. And note to the SP1 versions, they are necessary to be installed too!
DirectX11
The DirectX it's an another important program to be installed in your computer, it is responsible not exactly to help on hack's performance (unless if the hack contains D3D features afaik), but supporting the CrossFire graphics content. If not installed, this can affect the game performance itself, and also the hack performance.

Video Card Drivers
With the Video-Card drivers are almost the same thing, like DirectX, it affects on graphic game's performance. To install/update it you can simply run the Windows Update, but we recommend you search for it in the official manufacturer's website. But if you don't know the video-card's model/manufacturer:
Done all these steps, you can try run/inject your hack. But if you still receiving error messages from CrossFire, X-Trap, HGWC, Client Errors, etc... Check the following information.

- Click on Start > All Programs, and search for Windows Update.
- After you have found it, it will show if you have any pending updates to be installed, be sure to install at least the Important and Recommended updates.
- Installed and/or updated everything necessary, reboot your computer.

- To check if you already have them or not, click on Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Check carefully if they are installed. Is recommended you use the Search Tool of this window and putting for keywords like "Microsoft", ".net" and "c++ 2010".

- Install/update them, if done, reboot your computer again.

- Will pop-up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, search if you have exactly the DirectX 11 version...
- If you don't have it or require an update, download it and install clicking on the logotype below:

- Warning to Windows XP users: Unfortunately, you can't have DirectX 11 installed. The latest SP available (SP3) can only supports DirectX 9.0b version, and probably the majority of hacks will not work. We strongly recommend you migrate to Vista/7 OS due to their recent updates and assistance.
Video Card Drivers
With the Video-Card drivers are almost the same thing, like DirectX, it affects on graphic game's performance. To install/update it you can simply run the Windows Update, but we recommend you search for it in the official manufacturer's website. But if you don't know the video-card's model/manufacturer:
- Before you download it, check if you already don't have it installed. Click on "Start" and search for "dxdiag", click on dxdiag.exe.
- Popping-up the DDT window, go to Display tab and check the greenish information, they are enough to you search for updated drivers on the Internet.
Done all these steps, you can try run/inject your hack. But if you still receiving error messages from CrossFire, X-Trap, HGWC, Client Errors, etc... Check the following information.
Checking programs that interfere with the hack performance
Anti-Virus
They are responsible to interfere with the hack performance because of their false virus detection on hacks/injectors/tools. Almost all of them have a function called "Real-time protection", in which they will scan files and directories without your command, and consequently blocking/deleting your downloaded hacks and injectors. Therefore, you need to deactivate this function. You have three ways to disable it: deactivating the function, closing the anti-virus or killing the process.

- This depends of each anti-virus, I will not say how to do it with every AV, but they can be found in two ways. One of them is simply right-clicking the AV icon on the taskbar, and possibly will find the option to disable it.
- ...Or if you can't find it, open the program and check the Settings/Advanced Setup, finding a way to disable it.

Obviously change the "egui" name to your current AV process.
- We recommend you close your AV, it will basically disable the Real-Time protection and you will have more RAM to be used on CrossFire. But unfortunately, isn't all of them who offer this option (check the next step). If it isn't your case, right-click the AV icon on your taskbar and choose the option to Exit/Close/Finish the program.
Killing the process
- That method consist to close your AV without doing it through the common way, you will practically forcing its shutdown, and again you have two ways to do it. The first way is pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and choose to open the Task Manager, click on Processes tab, find the AV process and click on End Process button.
- ...and another way to shutdown it is using the Command Prompt. Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. There type this command, it will eliminate the active process, maybe you will receive a confirmation message. Administrative privileges might be required!

Firewall
Another device which can interfere on games and hacks functionality, by simply blocking the program to connect on the Internet. You can disable it (or simply close your AV, what was already said before)

- If you use an Anti-Virus' firewall, try to tweak on the program. You can find it right-clicking on Anti-Virus' icon and disable it, or open the program and check on Settings/Advanced Setup.
- If you're using Windows Firewall, click on Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall, and disable it.

Useful information
- Check if your hack/injector/bypass isn't patched or detected, or else you will have high chances of getting an account ban or IP ban.
- Preferably, always close your Ani-Virus, you will have more RAM available for CrossFire without it running and scanning files.
- Always clean your computer of Temporary files, errors on Registry, emptying your Recycle Bin, etc. For it you can use CCleaner. Remember to do it daily!
- Run Disk Defragmenter at least once a month.
- Upgrade your Windows (not referring to updates). Windows 7 already have higher success to run any hacks.
