2.Inject Music.dll with your preferred Injector.
3. Start up CA and Enjoy

Insert to open/close Menu
Left and Right Arrow Key to turn off/on Hacks
Up and Down Arrow Keys to scrolls up and down on the hack

This is Combat Arms North America section
Obviously wont work for EU

Google that file and download it
When you got it on your computer place it on C/Windows/system32
