See that green thing like under ur name and stuff? How do you get 2 of it?/3/4/5/6 or make it red?

Get alot of +reputation dont care much about it though

To get 2 you have to get over 100 rep points, to see ur rep go to user cp and it's at the very bottom.

Not many people actually use it, they just say thanks.

I try to use both because if you did something good, you deserve credit for it.

You start off with 10 and get +10 every person i guess

When you start low you get it easy but later on its hard to get since it gives u little rep points
