Some Noobish Questions

1: my ltc was hacked all perms gone then was banned i made a good story adn shit to nexon how long does it usually take for them to decide and answer ticket.
2.I have 1 gig ram pentinium 4 2.0 ghz win XP 40gig ram . <--- yes i know sucks i run ca with 20-40 fps but i want to make reviews and gameplay when i run fraps i get 1-2 fps and cant play so wat can i do to record game play !
3.im looking for a maj+ doesnt need anything but fullinfo i can offer 25k nx and a 1lt acc 100kgp and 4perms ( l9 m4a1 ak47 american eagle ) and shit load of other things please help me out. i have other accs but no perms . just high ranks

I usually get responses within 3 days.

1. Say you will kill yourself and they help you faster.
2. Get better hardware.
3. Go to the account selling/trading section.

It took me about a 3 weeks and 2 days for them to answer me.
