A reason to not hack on BF3.

While I was on steam my friend gave me message something about EA BF3 and it said this. If you read the End User License Agreement for Origin it states that by installing Origin you're giving EA the right to monitor your PC and to make a profile of you, including what programs you have installed (and whether you have any illegally downloaded material), what websites you use, etc., and that EA reserves the right to share or sell this information to third parties.

The thing that is bad is they have the right to share or sell the info. So they literally can sell your information of what you do and emails you have and everything.

Looks like Console version of the game for sure. They probably will record your game chat there too lol. Then sell me sexy voice

i have over 10 torrented movies, 3 games (portal, half life 2 and nfs mw) and 3 music albums

ive had origin for about a month and havent been caught

I changed the link you posted to a better source with more info and it's not a forum.

I highly doubt that Origin will check for pirated content on your computer, because like its really going to go through the code on every single game you have and see if it is avoiding the activation or the checking of a serial key.

Seeing how they said that, I wouldn't be surprised if they did mac address bans.

No need for mac adress bans if you ban hardware and IP, you could get past it, if you had a dynamic IP but it wouldn't be fun.

They will not be monitoring your emails what you download and what websites you visit. And to even say they will be selling the info is just plain retarded.

Hahaha! ^^^ That's funny. Of course they won't but they can look at your folder/file names, PB does this and so do other anti-hack clients, PB runs in the background. But this whole thing is illogical, because EA would be sued really fast for evading privacy.

But there are limitations to ToS they can't disrupt any laws, like PB can't say if you hack we get to come and kill you.

Btw a hardware ban = Illegal in Europe
Ip ban's are easy to bypass

Well of course but the the data they collect they will sell to advertisers.
