Is this game good?

Getting tired of playing Combat Arms and with all the hackers and QQ noobs... Thought I might give this game a try. Heard it's a better version of combat arms. Are there a lot of hackers in this game also?

There are some hackers in Clan-wars, it's rare to see an hacker in a match, but yeah there are a lot of noobs who QQ.

Better graphics than Combat arms.
