NA European bypass

I've always used ProxyCap to get into dragon nest, but now 30 day trial has finished and i cant play anymore.
I have tried so far, hotspot shield,Tor,OpenVPn,FreeVpn,HideIPEasy and some more which i dont even remember the name.
The problems getting with those:
1- First, they didnt work.(or i didnt use it correctly)
2- They were giving me annoying ads all the time.
3- They fuck up my computer and connection, dont know why or how.
4- Doesnt work with google chrome.

Yeah...So does anyone have a safe and working program to get in dragon nest?
If it was possible, i would like a cracked version of Proxycap.(I have googled this before posting...didnt find any)
