Resources Extract

Resources Extract allows you to extract the icons from programs. You can then use the icons for your viruses.

Installation:
1) Download and extract archive
2) Run Resources Extract
3) The rest should be self explanatory.

You take an icon from a normal program that may look save and put that icon on a virus. Then when trying to trick people they believe it more because it has the icon. So it's a hacking tool pretty much.

Okay I'll take that into consideration. I've never used PE Explorer before.
