If they want more information give it to them. If they ask specific information, GIVE IT TO THEM. If they are just asking for more information, then improvise, do something. Like describe when the chargeback happened, why it happened, formal apologies, the card number for your visa, time you got the chargeback error.There is a reason why you don't do surve.ys with credit cards, they will find out.
