Try to be less harsh and more informative.
He doesnt know how he can improve this really, Else way it would never had looked this way.

You probaly need to resize it to make it look like a forum signature. Give it a border, look up some tuts :O!

IF you'd resize it,
Paste the fractal/c4d BEHIND the render,
it'd look a way better.

anyway, Find some really basic pic tutorial,
When selecting tools on the left side, you can also right click them for a little menu to come up.
In that menu you can select several other tools that each have other effects.
