Talk about it's start as a naval base after the Spanish-American war and how it is now known to house war criminals. Try siting a famous criminals, what type of acts will get you placed there. and ive talked about how they wanted to move the criminals to the states somewhere. and how if moved to the states they have the right to be tried by a jury.

Thats my problem i live where there is 1 middle eastern in the whole high school about 6 black kids 2 asians and 1 mexican. i don't think about that kinda stuff when i say it because don't really have to here. I'm sorry you precived it that way.
