Failure to create .dll
when i try to debug/release a .dll it fails QQ Helps
Assuming you are using visual studio, goto Project Menu, then click Properties. In properties Dialog, set the configuration type to Dynamic Library (.dll) as shown below:

Then, rebuild and .dll will be created in debug/release folder.

Press F7 while your on the project page.
Then
My Documents > Visual Studio 2008 > Projects > Debug
Create a new EMPTY dll project, add a .cpp file and use this code as base:

Code:
#include <windows.h>

BOOL APIENTRY DllMain(HMODULE hinstDll, DWORD dwReason, LPVOID lpvReserved)
{
    switch(dwReason)
    {
    case DLL_PROCESS_ATTACH: // Loading

        break;

    case DLL_THREAD_ATTACH: // A thread was spawned by the process in which we are loaded

        break;

    case DLL_THREAD_DETACH: // A thread was destroyed

        break;

    case DLL_PROCESS_DETACH: // Unloading

        break;
    }
    return TRUE;
}
