I got my 6 packs 2 days ago.
No training just breakdancing and maybe some situps
THHHANNNKKK UUUU POOOOCH.
Do 50 sit ups, chin ups, push ups
Or go for a 20 - 30 minute jog everyday
and eat at the right time and healthy.
You should loose a lot of weight in about 5 weeks.
