[Release] A blank Source and Client

Hello guys,

I wanted to Release a completely blank Server.
It is great to start off programming a server

It is Delta based and Noob-Firendly

If you need to know anything please just ask me

you can change the server IP by searching for "server =" in "client.java" in the Client Folder

I'd upload a PI source that isn't DSPK based with galkon's client.

that was the reason i made it for, thx

and i saw the same blank server and client on moparscape.org
and ummmmm, the client folder is missing a models folder, so i dont think i can add customs
and i cant find in client.java- if (deathStage
i need it so i can change the respawn point
i want the new players to start off in edgeville and respawn in edgeville
