Hi,can anyone tell me how an enforcer can Chase someone criminal?i dont know

eeehmm, what is witness? sorry never know what the meaning, many people witness the criminal, but what the meaning?

Well if you see a small Icon wich looks like hand cufs next to a criminals name and you aim at him with your croshair and then to left ALT, You are witnissing him and may get an APB on him So you need to kill him then :P
