[Solved] OMG HELP!!!

OMG HELP!!!

What can I do to fix this Entry point not found thingy. I tried to reinstall everything and keep getting entry point_invalid_parameter_noinfor_no return could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll. What the hell does this mean and how can I fix it?

And what u do is u download the Dll From dllfiles.com if not just google it itll come up
