Serious Problem
I have a problem with my PC CPU it turns off automatically and make beep sound from CPU and when i restart keeps giving me beep sound from CPU

Get a new CPU/Computer, check your fans.
i think it gets overheated
check your fans and look if it gets to hot

It's overheated. Go buy some fucking fans.
Short, Long or Continuous Beeps... Remove Memory then reinstall and restart... Check your memory one bad stick can cause lots of issues

Yeah i did it i opned my CPU and grab the hardware just cleaned it up with the rest of cpu and worked
mine beeps too, when i play games. Vent is over 70C then -.-
But, now, when winter is coming and room gets colder, i dont have that problem .

your motherboard is probably dieing, the beeps are a cry for help...
Did it ever beep at you when you had your computer on, and then everything freezes for a few minutes then it comes back and your mouse is all laggy and moves for a sec then freezes and moves for a sec and so on...

I just putted everything as it was i just cleaned it up and put it forward the fans
