Screen shots are fine, but what the first reply said; upload the file on one of the sites, wait for it to upload, then it'll take you to a page where it'll list a bunch of virus scanners. Just copy and paste the link on that page and paste it on your thread. Don't make a new post, just edit your first post and add it in.

You must use both virus scanners he listed, as well.
