When I found out that I'm missing d3dx9_43.dll, so I dl it and idk how to install help please

Google it then just place it in your Crossfire folder, simple as that.
Here, I've attached the file.
What you do;
Go to C:\Windows\System32
Copy the dll I gave you, and paste it in the target folder I told you.

The dll itself is 1MB.

If it still doesn't work, try running on compatibility mode.
Update drivers in graphics card.
See if you got any missing updates.

My advice to you: Make a copy of CF folder and rename it to another name so it don't conflict with the main folder
and use all your hacks for that copied CF folder instead of re-installing every time
as you know, Bypasses crushes the game

Why?
No reason why bypassers do such things. I can't even find a good solution that may stop the bypasser from getting all these errors. Lots of ways to fix hacks themselves, but for bypassers,
