How to start playing minecraft?
Well, i see many patches for the game but were can i download the actual game not the patch?Or is the patch the same as the game and what would i need in order to get minecraft working?

but if your point is you dont know how to get minecraft working here is how.
First go to here:

Then you extract to desktop the client that says Minecraft with WinRAR or w/e unzipper you have.
Then you just double click on the executable file. If might give you a JAVA VIRTUAL MACHINE error thing. Just ignor that. Its just a stupid error. keep clicking on it till it opens up the launcher asking you to enter a name. Then just click single player or multiplayer and start mining

Now download the attachment and double click on the client and patch.
