MW2 Glitch?????

ive been playing mw2 lately on ps3 nd me nd a couple of mates have been noticing that there is a guy who just stands there without moving or shooting with no name or id etc. wen u hover ur crosshair over him it comes up with "?". you can also kill him but nothing comes up in the killfeed

has anyone noticed this??? idk about xbox if anyone has seen it

the most i have seen there is at least 5 ppl, atm theres 1 possibly none now, y wuld i post something in a place where there is hardly anyone looking there whereas in the general section there r alot of ppl looking in it
