my account got hacked i tried sending a ticket to z8games but they refuse and keep on saying that they cant help me idk y i got all the info is there anyother way to get my account back plz plz plz help

i gave them my transaction id but they said sorry and stuff

The only way is through support ticket. You have to wait up to 48 hours at the most. But that's all you can do. The hacker could've changed your SQ.

no he dosent knw any info he just changed the email address i hate z8games

Do you know your email that you registered with ?

Z8 won't drop on you like that in this case, they would give you a form/list of stuff that you need to fill out like previous passwords, emails, security questions, transaction ID's, etc. Make sure you got all those and have a good thing to say while you explain to them how it all happened.

Previous passwords work to as well. The birthday of the account you registered with, etc.

Don't you have more information than only the Transaction ID?

Im waiting for Z8 now too, my account was hijacked so..
I gave them the old 3 passwords, account creation date, SQ, email and so on.

Hope I'll get it back!

You probably will, since those are the things they most desire lol

Simply put.
Just give them all the information you have and hopefully they'll give your account back.

i dont have the registered email and password cuz i made this account like in nov 2009
