A cheap place to buy smartphones for AT&T online?

I'm buying a new phone (I had a cheap messaging phone that's shit) but I'm in the middle of a 2yr contract. So I just need to buy the phone itself. Link me? I prefer Android.

Please, nobody say Newegg, it doesn't sell AT&T phones.

Guys, I'm not looking for a "cheap phone" I'm looking for a usually really expensive smart phone for a "cheaper" price.
