I've made a amped user, downloaded War Rock PH client and changed my ip to PH trough proxy.
But i cant still login..

I think your choose a wrong proxy server or the proxy that you used is blocked.
Im sorry that dint help though, maybe you could just try other proxy for the WR Philippines. Oh one question why do you want to play Warrock PH? just asking because im a Warrock PH player.
