i keep getting this message when i start my computer and btw my computer takes hour to start when i get this message. im running windows 7 ultimate 64

this is the message again

Sounds like internet problems. But that wouldnt make your computer slower

actually it did its so fucking slow
and i just got a black screen

try to reinstall windows but dont delete anything from the old files, you can find them later under C:\
