Minecraft SMP 1.8.1 duping
Are there any hacks/tricks to do this, if a helpful user could point me in the right direction it would be good

I have seen it before. A simple google search does the trick.
Here is a duplication glitch:
Make sure you read the words on the bottom left hand corner of the video..

Thats a single player dupe? ive tried this method repeatedly on servers and it never works.

why you need this bug/hack in SMP??? 
You might as well just use invEDIT is you wana dupe in single player :P
Why do i need to dupe in smp? I-conomy mainly but i like to build and dont wanna farm stupid stuff.
Sorry, I have found no possible way in doing this with SMP...

Then go to your server, click e to open up inventory, and click "O" to view TMI.
Without clicking O the TMI menu will be hidden.
