Nexon fail bug, once again ?

So, I've been playing LEGITLY for 2 years on my account and spent alot of money, I was Diamond ( 5000$ + ).

And yesterday, I went to do a Clan war in Bulldog and a box came up saying Failed to login... Lmao. I got suspended for I don't have any idea how long, I've never hacked of my life and yet again, I got suspended for ( ? ) Reason...

Any of you guys know how long a suspension can last ? ( The Maximum )

Or what should I do to get that suspension removed ?
