Hello im trying to buy a new Graphics Card

Budget: $0-$350
Current: Nividia GeoForce GTX 285
info: must be nvidia and have directx11

350$ For a graphic's card? Are you rich or something?

get NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480

Worth it though I'm willing to spend $500+ to get one when i get mine built, because it lightens the work of your processor.

Get something like a gtx 550 ti

Yeah, the good ones like Nvidia GTX 570 are awesome. I think it's got pixel shader 4? Or something, which is great. Also it's going to be good for a while, now. So you might as well buy it.
Not sure how much it costs though.

and cooler fan
u need a cooler fan and a high v power supply for a powerful 350 dollar gfx card

GTX 570 but make sure you Power Supply has enough watts.

Don't buy a high end GPU in a shitty case with a crappy CPU. High end GPUs produce a lot more heat. Small, poorly circulated cases would get fried. 2nd, your CPU still handles the game engine. So while a high end GPU will take the graphics load off your CPU and lets it handle the engine, if it can't do that well, then you have wasted a lot of money.

get a home fan and and put it next to your pc

GTX 570 is the highest card in your budget
if you want to go over your budget by ~$20-30, then you could get a GTX580
