Need new PC

Hey everyone well since MW3 and battlefield and some other big games coming out this year. I want to buy a new pc. I want a very good and fast computer. I am also looking for a cheap one. I got about $500 and I want to buy this kind of PC:

Desktop
Windows 7
Any bit
6.00 to 8.00 GB Ram
Very good and fast progress (intel Core)
High graphic card that can run CoD games and new pc games that are coming out soon.
More than 300 GB space
Under $600 or $500
pc will be used for Gaming.

Do you think that's good?
My friend says Intel Core is way better for gaming. What do you think?

Im talking about amd gpu.. graphic cards.

Yes, i also reckon intel processors are better for gaming.. and everything else. you probably get away with a decent i5.
