ok when i use sniper and i try doing the switch to knife i have to press QQ but before i use the mouse thing in the middle that also switch

Uhhh explain more on what you mean? 
u know when you change wepons
for example from sniper to knife you do sometimes QQ or u go up and down with that button on the mouse

Uh yeah, I get what you mean. But why don't you do Q + E instead. It's better and faster. I don't really get what your problem is though...
yeah whats the problem, explain te problem part more...
look when u switch wepon u do Q to switch but when u swhich it again fast u do QQ so u get the sam wepon right

I think if your saying the hot keys to switch your weapons , just adjust them in settings...

Well that happens only on CF? When you type it in your browser or messenger it happens too?
Kay so...what is your problem?
Pressing QQ or EE is faster than the middle mouse button.
You have probably changed the settings by accident. Go into options> controls> and I think there is one that sets it so that the scroll wheel changes weapons.
