Figured I might start a Master - Apprentice System for league. People can sign up to be either a Master or Apprentice. There will be requirements for Masters obviously and if there is an overflow of learners there may be more than 1 apprentice to a master. Mabey at the end of a learners training the Master could get some kind of compensation according to how much time and work that is put into teaching them. So without further Ado, Here it is.

Application Requirements to be a Master:
A Good Attitude Whether A Win Or Loss
Must have more than 400 wins (or if you can prove yourself)
Must have a positive win:loss Ratio (or again if you can prove yourself)
Must be at proficient in more than 1 type of champion ( e.g. Ranged Dps, Melee Dps, Tank, Mage, Support, Jungle. No Exceptions)

I have a question, how can you tutor someone when you're not in-person to show them how to play? Personally, following a guide is the best thing to do. I support this thread, but just had a question or two.
Anyway, I'll apply once my PC is back-up.
Well normally I will do a custom game with them first and play the same champ as them just to see where they are in items, gameplay, runes, masteries etc. Then after giving them gameplay tips and stratagems we go into normal games and work with them there till they are better with whatever they wanna play.
Well, that good, I suppose, I can teach people how to play Tank Galio and other tanks.
