Now, Danksole's binds has a bypass leaderboard function (or sinbot). Do I press L to bypass before the boat starts, or at anytime after in the dungeon?

To answer your question: You have to press it after pressing the Start button when starting a battle.
Then I guess it's GG for me. I defeated the boss in 1 second withouit pressing L before the boat started.

Rly fast kills dont get recorded (managed to kill Thor before level fully loaded).
Well what I did was I pressed the ohk button, and when thor spawned, he somehow killed himself...
