I want to help the MPGHcraft/Minecraft community I am very active in the help section and can't wait to see whats in store for our future MPGHcraft server.

Do not want to be in some unprofessional, unorganised modding team run by you. You can't even write a coherent sentence, so I doubt you know jack shit about modding.
