None of the hacks are working dude thats why it tells you to register ur ini files.
maybe u got an old mpgh hack still in ur ca folder

And this must be the Problem, the Cham-Hack isn't made by a Combat Arms User.
The fixed Chams Version (by me!) works without a password! Checkt it out!
