No recoil hack.

Apb norecoil newest version made after Halloween update Virus scans:
apb norecoil.rar - Jotti's malware scan virus total is not responding so cant chek with it.

To do so, you would need no spread option. No recoil is only working for rifles, sub machine guns, pistols and snipers.
